Don Guillory has been a Colorado resident for the past 8 years, and considers himself lucky to experience; “Just another day in Paradise.” This former Texan now lives on Divide Ranch in Ridgway, CO and has 4 years experience in the local hospitality transportation industry.

Tim Patterson has been a resident of the region for the last 10 years. Along with being co-owner of RIGS Fly Shop & Guide Service, Patterson has led fly fishing, rafting and eco-tours throughout Central America, Mexico and the Southwestern U. S. since 1991, and been a professional driver in the area for the last 3 years. Patterson’s degree in Recreation Management has set the stage for a career in adventure guiding and provides visitors with a wealth of knowledge about the region.

Mike Ardoin is a southern gentleman who visited Ouray County in August of 2006 and fell hopelessly in love with the majestic San Juan Mountains. Less than one year later Mike moved his family to the Divide Ranch and Club in Ridgway, Colorado. For 2 years he has been sharing his enthusiasm and love of the Western Slope in the local hospitality transportation industry.
