Once you’re in mountain towns like Ridgway, Ouray, Silverton, or Telluride, a car isn’t necessary. Everything in the main town is accessible via gondola, free local transport, or by walking. Save yourself the hassle of renting a car, paying for gas, parking, and rental insurance. Leave the snowy roads and four-wheel driving to us!
Yes, we offer discounts for large ski groups and wedding guests. Please call our office to discuss a personalized discount.
We will process payment using the card we have on file. Checks are only accepted for larger amounts, and you must notify our office in advance if you plan to pay by check.
Our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible; however, we can store collapsible wheelchairs securely during your trip. Please call our office to discuss any additional options.
We avoid overcrowding our vehicles and ensure thorough cleaning after each trip to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
No, car seats and boosters are provided at no extra cost. Please let us know in advance if you need one, and we’ll have it ready for you. However, if you have an infant or specific fitting needs, we recommend bringing your own car seat. If you don’t notify us ahead of time that you need a car seat or booster, an additional fee may apply.
Yes, cats and dogs are permitted on private rides only, with a $45 fee for each pet. Please ensure dogs have a bathroom break before entering the vehicle. Dogs must remain on a leash and lie on the vehicle floor at all times. Cats must be kept in carriers. A cleaning fee may apply if extra cleaning time is needed due to the pet. Other animals may be allowed on a case-by-case basis.
Your driver will be waiting to greet you as you exit the terminal, before you get to baggage claim. They will be holding a sign with the passengers name.
Yes, our driver will assist you with your luggage and load it into the vehicle. Please notify us in advance about any oversized luggage.

Many of our drivers at TelluRides are locals who are very comfortable driving in mountain conditions and have been doing so for years. During the appropriate season, all of our vehicles are equipped with winter-grade studded tires. We also ensure that our drivers are properly trained in our policies as well as in official driving and traffic laws.
We are not liable if you miss your flight. If you miss a connecting flight, a new reservation will be required. In the case of delays, we will charge for wait time. It is the passenger's responsibility to notify us of any flight delays or cancellations. To cover potential extra expenses due to flight disruptions, we recommend considering travel insurance.
We can pick you up at your door! No need to walk to a central location.
You will have access to the driver's phone number the day of your trip. The driver will contact you one hour prior to your pickup time and when they have arrived to pick you up.
We encourage you to use the restroom at the airport or your lodging before departure. Restrooms are available in the towns of Montrose and Telluride, but there are few options along the route.
We do not allow food or open beverages in the vehicle. However, re-sealable water bottles are permited.
Yes, stops are allowed for private vehicles. Stops at grocery stores, liquor stores, dispensaries, scenic spots, and fast food places will incur an additional charge. The fee is $45 for a 30-minute stop on weekdays and $90 for the same duration on weekends and holidays. To request a stop, please contact us prior to the day of your trip. Same-day stop requests will incur an extra charge. Unplanned bathroom breaks are free, unless they exceed 15 minutes, in which case a fee will apply.
No, shared shuttles do not make any stops aside from the pre-scheduled guest drop-offs. Only private services can request additional stops, and you have the option to upgrade to a private shuttle up to 48 hours before your trip.
If your flight is delayed but you land before the scheduled shuttle time, we'll wait for you to get through baggage claim. However, if you miss your shuttle, we will need to charge for your reserved seats. Depending on your new arrival time, we may be able to schedule you on a later shuttle and create a new reservation for you.
We strive to keep our rides comfortable and avoid overcrowding. While our shuttles can accommodate up to 14 passengers, we typically book no more than 10. However, we can't guarantee the exact number of passengers at the time of your booking.
We will pick up all scheduled passegers in a Ford transit van with our company logo on the side.
Yes, we only allow groups of 1-5 passengers to book a shared shuttle. Since we operate a limited number of shuttles each day and typically accommodate up to 10 passengers per shuttle, we prioritize single riders or small groups to ensure availability for all.
